Experimental Theatre: “The White Liars and Black Comedy”

On April 16, 17 and 18, Theatre Central presented their Experimental Theatre, “The White Liars and Black Comedy”, directed by Theatre Central president Caroline Broderick. “The White Liars” was about how two gentlemen’s visit to a fortuneteller reveals the impact of white lies on a friendship. “Black Comedy” tells the story of a power outage that causes complete chaos on the defining night of Brindsley Miller’s career.

Maya is a senior and this is her second year on the editorial board. Her favorite aspect of journalism is talking to different people in her community and seeing each of their points of view and she also enjoys interacting with her fellow staff members. Outside of Central Times, she is on Naperville Central's tennis team, Senior Class Council, and is a member of National Honor Society and Spanish National Honor Society.
