Students and parents flocked to Twitter on Wed. Feb. 18 to express their opinions and reactions to District 203’s decision to continue school on Thurs. Feb. 19, despite below zero temperatures. Many tweets were directed towards Superintendent Dan Bridges, who ultimately decides school closings. Temperatures reached -9 degrees and windchill ranged from -20 to -30 degrees.
