Central welcomes new staff members for 22-23 school year

Q: What’s your name?

A: Kelly Azzolin

Q: What is your position here at Central? 

A: I have three classes of algebra two and two classes of algebra one.

Q: What did you do before coming to Central, education and other jobs?

A: I worked at Plainfield South High School for the last six years. I also worked at Bremen High School for one year as a paraprofessional (student teacher).

Q: What college did you attend and what was your major?

A: I went to Carthage College in Kenosha, WI.  Math was my major and secondary education was my minor. I also have my masters through the University of St. Francis in educational technology.

Q: What hobbies are you interested in or involved in?

A: I like to hang out with my family and friends.  I really enjoy live music and going to concerts, or just going for walks, playing volleyball, and staying active.

Q: What communities are you involved in or hope to become involved in at Central? Any clubs or sports? 

A: I coached [the math team] for the last three years over at Plainfield and I played water polo and swam in high school, so I’m definitely interested in all of that.
