Central’s football team beats Wheaton Warrenville South in Homecoming Game

The Naperville Central Redhawks took on the Wheaton Warrenville South Tigers on Sept. 25 for the Homecoming Game.

Despite Wheaton Warrenville South 8-7 lead at halftime, two touchdowns in the second half brought Central to victory, beating the Tigers 20-8. After Friday’s win, Central’s record is 4-1 in the Dupage Valley Conference.

The halftime show included performances by the Marching Redhawks, Arrowettes and Cheer Team.

Next Friday, Central faces Batavia in a non-conference away game.
